  • Diamonds very poor quality

    I have bought a lot of jewelry from Gemporia and never had a complaint until I bought a $300 diamond band in which the stones are gray with many inclusions. They are not jewelry grade and I found I can do better at Walmart for diamonds. It was not worth the hassle of returning it because they were having at lot of trouble in their returns dept.   • gemporia triple ordered without my approval

    I place one order on line for a pendent and then cancelled the pendant same day. The person I spoke with on the phone never cancelled pendant and dispatched it anyway. I had on the previous day tried to order a tanzanite ring online witch sold out before I could get it, a message came up saying it was gone and the rep on TV said to stop calling. I checked my basket with Gemporia and there was nothing there as well as paypal.   • Gemporia is a BIG SCAM - Beware

    I bought quite a few items with them. Many sent were defective. Nevertheless, used their return policy that takes forever to process. I used their "price promise guarantee" to adjust prices before. Today I call in to adjust the price on 2 items, since auctions on them were lower, and they rudely tell me I have to call within the same hour! I said that I was told by their own representatives as late as last week it has to be done within the same day! They replied that this has been the rule for the last 15 years?     I bought some rings end of last year from Gemporia. I returned 3 of them 1 week before Christmas. The post office was really busy, so I decided to send the package using the automatic machine. I sent them with Priority mail (USPS). I was in a hurry and forgot the get the receipt with tracking number. I went there next day to check if anyone had kept the receipt, but no luck.   • Gemporia unreliable delivery and terrible customer service

    Terrible customer service. I purchased a pair of earrings as a present & paid double to have priority shipping - which promises delivery within 2-3 business days. By day 3 still no parcel so I call them up and talk to a woman who immediately has a go at fobbing me off (weakly) she didn't even let me finish explaining the purpose of my call before the fob off 'script' started reeling..So got on to her supervisor (who sounded about 12) and things aren't much better.     I love to watch gems TV. Gemporia provides beautiful jewelry with genuine gemstones. I have just a bit of constructive (I HOPE) criticism. Some of your models or sales people seem to need some assistance with better grooming for their television appearances. Their hair looks unkempt sometimes, but more importantly, close ups while modeling earrings reveal nasty blackheads! Very off-putting! No earring looks its best next to an ear full of blackheads. The other problem the models seem to have is in getting and maintaining a manicure that will stand up to and look good in the magnification... More...

  • Gemporia sells inferior jewellery

    I first bought from Rocks, then it changed to Gems and now trades as Gemporia. The quality is so poor, I bought an emerald and diamond ring for a girlfiend's 50th birthday. It was on her finger for about twenty minutes and then a diamond dropped out, unable to wear it to her party. I bought two bracelets for my doctor's wife, stones have dropped out. Two bracelets I gave to my hairdresser broke, I have just received earrings with a stone missing. Their Lorique rings are very expensive and my husband stupidly bought one, gold as thin as wire. Having the biggest nightmare ever!! Gemporia will not refund $2500, sent ring back looked nothing like it did on tv, they keep saying they will refund but five weeks later still not got

Please think twice before using this company, I don't want anyone to go through what we are going through. I wrote a long letter to Steven Bennett but still no refund, we are going to go through the legal route now and I am writing to trading standards in the Uk
Gemporia is not what it seems PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

@Michelle, YOU SPELLING IS DEPLORABLE!! And how is it NOT Steve Bennett's fault; IT'S HIS COMPANY AND HE NEEDS TO TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR POOR QUALITY CONTROL!! As for you, you defend a company and cannot even spell the CEO's name (or any other word) correctly!! Believe me, stones ARE falling out of rings and they know it!! It's happened to me while I was sleeping, yes, SLEEPING!! Care to explain how I could put so much stress on a ring while sleeping to cause the stone to fall out? This company is a SCAM!!!

Personally, I'm very happy with everything I get from Rocks. And if I find it doesn't measure up to what I thought it would look like, I just send it back. I buy a lot, I keep a lot and I send back a lot. No problems. But when I get credits on file, I wish I could get all the people who take our orders that sometimes I would like to hold the credits and apply to a big ticket item. It never seems to go that way. Someone needs to inform them to heed our wished. Also one other thing, today when the tanzanite close out hour was on. I called in as I wanted to see numbers13,20,44 and was told the numbers were just picked willy nilly, no requests. In the meantime the host is showing rings with - who requested this one - oh this one is for Becky in Texas - so how does Margaret from L.A. get her request in, when the telephone person (and I will be kind and not name the person) says no requests. Sometimes I just wish all the people who take your orders and customer service were all on the same train. Margaret from L.A.

I was watching the show today,12pm PT July 24,2014. And, I just finished reading a comment about some of your host not looking their best on television. That is so true today, however, she was not the host. I believed she is part of the production. She came up on the camera with her hair on a bun (looking like she just woke up from bed} wearing a gray sweater. I am 58 yr. old and I don't go out my house looking like that. Where is your pride? You are on national T.V. for God sake an millions of people are watching you if you don't know yet. I have read complains about gemporia and I hope those are old and you have changed since when it comes to your merchandize because I am a new customer. I just ordered a whole bunch of stuff yesterday. Now, I have to wait for them to come before I make more orders. Thank you for reading this.

well as for someone that buys and then gets it and says its see it on the tv for quiet a while.thats your own as for a stone being loose i guess it will happen from time to time i got a design i loved and had a stone missing and they didnt have any more it cost a whole $8bucks to replace and since the cherry opal in sterling silver with zircon only cost $19.99 it was worth it!i have bought so many pieces of jewlery from rocks and sister channels i have an awesome collection going on!THANK YOU! i just recentey got my first amitreene(spelling) IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! i am sure there are way more wonderful stories like mine than horror stories like i have seen here and most of them are because they just didnt like the design and you know what they say about oppinions.....thats no fault of the companys or steve all know he doesnt make all the pieces. rite?

Bought a tanzanite ring few days aga and really feel cheated by you as the stones are really white and does not look like what you have showed on the TV and also it was chipped on the ring. Wont be bother to send back as it costs more for the postage

Your hosts are so much fun. However, I feel that with their hands being so important in their job their nails should be immaculate. Today's girl has red nail polish residue all around her cuticles and sides of the nails. Sometimes they have embedded spots of black, perhaps from their makeup but it is so unappealing. I really enjoy the shows and watch back and forth with the LC channel. When the girls on Rocks get so hyper I change to LC as they have calmer people. I have never purchased anything from your shows simply because of the login of registration I guess it is. Thanks for such great buys. My girls purchase almost more than they make.
