well as for someone that buys and then gets it and says its ugly....you see it on the tv for quiet a while.thats your own fault.an as for a stone being loose i guess it will happen from time to time i got a design i loved and had a stone missing and they didnt have any more it cost a whole $8bucks to replace and since the cherry opal in sterling silver with zircon only cost $19.99 it was worth it!i have bought so many pieces of jewlery from rocks and sister channels i have an awesome collection going on!THANK YOU! i just recentey got my first amitreene(spelling) IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! i am sure there are way more wonderful stories like mine than horror stories like i have seen here and most of them are because they just didnt like the design and you know what they say about oppinions.....thats no fault of the companys or steve bennats.you all know he doesnt make all the pieces. rite?
